a. Each of the four buttons will open a PDF copy of a print or digital text plus task question.
b. The PDF will open in a new window.
c. You can download the PDF to your computer and print copies for use with your students.
d. Close the online PDF to return to the selection page.
Materials for Outcome 2: PART 2 - ANALYSING SPOKEN TEXTS (AUDIO OR AUDIO-VISUAL)
a. Each of the four buttons labelled 'Link to video' will open a video of a persuasive video clip.
b. The video will open in a new window.
c. You can cast the video to play for your students.
d. Close the video window to return to the selection page.
e. Each of the four buttons labelled 'audio-visual transcript and task' will open a PDF.
f. Each PDF will open in a new window.
g. You can download the PDF to your computer and print copies for use with your students.
h. You can take students through the task question and background information before showing the video clip.
i. You can give students a print copy of the transcript to read between a first and second showing of the video clip.
j. Students can use the transcript for annotations during their second viewing and when writing their analysis.
